DATE STREET
DATE STREET is a rising four-piece rock band from Brea, California, formerly known as VERUM. Founded by frontman Darren Kaiser (vocals/guitar) during high school, the band also features his brother Carson Kaiser (bass/vocals), Eric De Masi (drums), and Christopher “Mitch” Alejandre (guitar/vocals). Blending alternative, progressive, and hard rock, their sound is marked by high energy, dynamic textures, and emotional depth—rooted in late-night jams at their childhood home on Date Street.
The band has released several independent projects, including Something Went Wrong (2017), Sling (2019), Heterochromia (2021), and their breakout 2023 release FEED, which led to their first West Coast tour. In November 2024 DATE STREET signed with DMG Recordings and just recently completed their debut studio EP. Their first single, “Shoulders”—produced by Wyatt Blair and mixed by Grammy-winner Rich Costey—it was release on August 29, 2025.
